What are my payment choices?
We accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Cards and even Bank checks and Money Order.

When will my credit card be charged?
Once your order is placed we review it, followed by a phone verification process (for new customers). After the order is reviewed and verified,
we approve your Order during which your Credit Card is charged and your order is sent to the fulfillment department for Shipping.

May I pay using a check or a money order?
We will gladly accept personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks, or money orders; however such orders need to be placed by fax on a personal or company letterhead.
This letter should contain your full Billing name and address, Shipping name and address, the products and the quantity, with your check/money order details.
Your order will be processed only after the funds have been cleared which may take up to seven (7) business days,
depending on the issuing bank.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If the state in your shipping address is CA you will be charged Sales tax during the checkout process.
All other sales do not attract Sales Tax. Additionally, we will gladly credit back sales tax for government or resale institutions.
Just fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate or Government tax-exemption form with an address matching that in your order.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the unused portion to:

Important Points for refunds and returns:
- Please call us for an RMA number before you return the product(s).
- Please return the package using any reputed mail/courier service provider or any insured mail, as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to us.
- Please send a copy of the purchase order (along with the RMA number) and short courtesy explanation with the returned items.
- Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. Additional quantities of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund.
- Once we receive the returned/unused items in order, we will promptly refund your money for the unused portion or issue in-store credit less shipping charges.
- Refund processing generally take up to 7 (seven) business days, after receiving the returns.

Shipping Options
Domestic Shipments
- We will ship your order by a reputed mail/courier service provider* (available only in the contiguous 48 states)
for only $4.99 (please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination.)
- For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Support.
- Orders placed before 3:00 pm are generally processed the same business day.
- All orders received over the weekend (Friday evening thru' Sunday) are processed on the next business day and generally shipped within 24 hrs.
International Shipments - Including Bahamas, Mexico & Canada
- All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination, plus a processing
charge of $4.99 (US currency only).
- Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders.
- Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs.
- Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country.
- Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax
authority for information specific to your situation.
- Additionally, when ordering from DIABETESBALANCE.COM, you are considered the importer of record
and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
- International orders are shipped via Air Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery.
- At the present time, customs do not allow products to be shipped to France or Germany. We do however, shortly opening a distribution
center in United Kingdom and Australia, when you will be able to place an order.

- * All Orders are shipped by a reputed mail/courier service provider wherever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday evening thru' - Sunday)
will be processed the next business day. Some mail/courier service providers may not deliver to a P.O. address.
